meter rangefinder this is one high quality rifle scope with a super strong
magnesium alloy body with a high quality mil-spec medium dark gray hammered
finish with fully multicoated optics crystal clear and nitrogen filling to
prevent lens fogging with larger diameter tubes for improved light gathering
under low light conditions and waterproof.
The scope features a red
illuminated 'Dragunov' marked metering grid reticle (Illuminated) which allows
you to make perfect shots in dusk, dawn or low light indoor conditions reticle
can be seen day or night.
This 'Dragunov' reticle grid scope allows you
to determine target distance as well as to track and observe game in the field.
The POSP SVD 8x42 scope sight's feature a independent focusing eyepiece that
operates like a pair of binoculars. The diopiter adjustment allows you to focus
clearly when firing at close range targets, to adjust for your specific eyesight
and give you the clearest picture available.
The Dragunov military
reticle is extremely effective as a height-based rangefinder with dual use and
with graduated scales for both standing and prone figure estimation. It includes
extended distance inverted chevrons providing aiming points for 1000, 1100, and
1200 meters. It is range calibrated for both the AK and SVD versions on both the
1000 meter Dragunov and 400 meter Simonov models are measured in equal amounts
of MOA, most versions of the POSP can be used effectively with almost any
caliber of weapon. Scope comes with comes with pop up rubber lens cap, eye

The SVD/SKS mount
will fit any of these rifles with the (standard side rail) SVD, SKS, NDM-96,
Russian Tigr, Romak-3, SSG-97 and PSL rifles. This POSP scope is also perfect
for use on the .308 versions which require longer range reticle to make full use
of their ability to hit targets at long distances.
