Rail Scope Mount designed for fixed carry handle upper receivers, this step-down
mounting platform offers the shooter two levels for mounting optics. This
tactical mount secures to the carry handle with a single thumb nut, while still
allowing the use of the iron sights. The rails are designed to accept all
Picatinny, Weaver scope rings and accessories. Come complete with deluxe
tactical 1inch scope rings and two smaller side rails. Will fit M16A1 A2 Carry
handles, AR-15, Bushmaster, ect, Great for mounting, scope, laser and flash
