This Mil-Spec carbine receiver extension (buffer tube) is 6-position and includes a steel castle nut lock ring for your AR-15, M16, or M4. This mil-spec carbine receiver extension buffer tube is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and given a Military Type III Class 2 hard coat anodized back finish to withstand rugged abuse. This Mil-Spec carbine receiver extension buffer tube is manufactured to Mil-Spec dimensions of 1.148". These carbine buffer tubes are compatible with all mil-spec diameter USGI, UTG, ATI, BCM®, Colt, LMT, SOPMOD, VLTOR, Stag Arms, Magpul CTR (Mil-Spec), and other aftermarket stocks made to mil-spec diameter standards.
Note: Buffer tube and Castle Nut Lock Ring are Compatible With AR-10, LR-308, AR-15, M16 and M4.
