Hawk 982 981 Pistol Grip Stock Six Position Side Folding
This aftermarket IAC Hawk 982, 981 recoil reducing pistol grip stock is six position adjustable and side folding. This tactical stock kit upgrades your Hawk 982, 981 and Remington 870 12/20 gauge shotguns with a scorpion recoil system pistol grip and butt-pad. This shotgun stock folds to the left side of receiver with a pivot housing assembly with a track lock system to eliminates horizontal and vertical movement of the stock on the buffer tube. This stock provides smooth secure adjustments with no snag points. Stock features dual sided QD sling attachment point.
The scorpion recoil system comes with X1 recoil reducing pistol grip with extended scorpion material to reduce recoil and discomfort to the shooter’s hand and thumb and helps to eliminates the felt punch of the recoil. The scorpion X2 recoil butt pad with sure-grip texture is non-slip and removable with increased thickness for recoil absorption of heavy loads. Stock asl features a removable adjustable cheek rest with elongated design to fit all users. Stock is made from DuPont extreme temperature glass reinforced polymer. Note: Fits on most Norinco 98, Interstate Arms IAC Hawk 982 & 981, Remington 870, 887, H&R 1871, and ATI S Beam Tactical 12/20-gauge pump shotguns. The new stock has been enhanced with a cant for comfort and rapid sight alignment. This stock will also work with most Remington 870 pattern exact clones. Some modification may be required to fit some applications. Note: On 20 gauge shotgun models listed the pistol grip will be (Protruding slightly at the rear due to 20 gauge receiver dimensions are smaller).
